What you will do
- Enable the Product Owner by supporting product and business outcomes, maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog, defining value and measurement methods, and forecasting delivery based on capacity.
- Enable Developers by ensuring understanding of the Scrum Framework, Increment, and Definition of Done, and promoting small-batch thinking and testing.
- Support the organizationβs adoption of agile ways of working and help build an Agile mindset.
- Establish Scrum Team Ways of Working standards (Scrum events, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, etc.) and use forecasting models for data-driven delivery expectations.
- Use delivery and value metrics (e.g., throughput, defect rate, cycle time, cost savings, revenue generation, CSAT) to guide continuous improvement.
- Act as teacher, coach, change agent, facilitator, and impediment remover to remove blockers and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of relevant experience in the essential duties.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices, including iterative and incremental development.
- Ability to represent both business and technology.
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
Nice to have
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., Professional Scrum Master PSM-1).
- Knowledge of change management and best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
