What you will do

• Execute technical setup of customer integrations following established plans.
• Configure and validate SSO (SAML, Google) and rostering connections (Clever, ClassLink, APIs).
• Validate customer data and investigate discrepancies using SQL.
• Support End-of-School and Back-to-School rollover activities.
• Document technical configurations and escalate defects to engineering teams.
• Provide technical support during the initial customer go-live period.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, software implementation, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in writing and running SQL queries (PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL).
• Understanding of web-based integrations, APIs, and SSO.
• Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with district-level IT administrators.

Nice to have

• Experience in the K–12 EdTech sector.
• Proficiency with CSV data manipulation and Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables).
• Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting and documentation.
