Salary: $159,120 – $238,680

• Engage with business executives to translate strategic priorities into aligned IT solutions.
• Lead the co-development of end-to-end business processes and enabling technology.
• Champion an automation-first and AI-enabled approach to solution design.
• Communicate solution direction, tradeoffs, and risks to global stakeholders.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle from product introduction to ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Peoria, IL and work onsite five days a week.
• Experience as an IT business relationship manager, technology business partner, or platform leader.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and organizational transformation.
• Experience working across diverse regions and cultures.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% internationally.
