What you will do
- Support patients across five clinics primarily via phone and email.
- Manage support for the Spanish-speaking market during mid-shift or night-shift hours.
- Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners.
- Identify and implement improvements to products, processes, and service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of communication while handling sensitive patient situations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (C1+ level).
- 3+ years of experience in customer care, hospitality, or a related service field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a late mid-shift schedule (2 PM – 1 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM Manila time).
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, or allied services.
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software.
