Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month

What you will do
- Manage multi-channel inbound support via email, chat, and phone.
- Verify pharmacy orders against patient products and dosages.
- Coordinate with pharmacy partners to resolve fulfillment issues.
- Follow up with inbound leads to guide them through the treatment pipeline.
- Maintain SOPs, FAQ documentation, and response templates.
- Ensure high-touch, accurate, and reliable patient support.
Requirements
- Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or account management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Proven track record in lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
- English proficiency at C1+ level (voice and written)
- Experience coordinating with fulfillment or pharmacy partners.
- Availability for work schedule: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST and Sat–Sun 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST
Nice to have
- Prior experience in healthcare, telehealth, or pharmacy operations.
- Familiarity with HIPAA or compliance-sensitive environments.
- Experience in an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
