Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500 USD/month

What you will do

  • Manage multi-channel inbound support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Verify pharmacy orders against patient products and dosages.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy partners to resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Follow up with inbound leads to guide them through the treatment pipeline.
  • Maintain SOPs, FAQ documentation, and response templates.
  • Ensure high-touch, accurate, and reliable patient support.

Requirements

  • Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or account management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zendesk, or Intercom.
  • Proven track record in lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
  • English proficiency at C1+ level (voice and written)
  • Experience coordinating with fulfillment or pharmacy partners.
  • Availability for work schedule: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST and Sat–Sun 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in healthcare, telehealth, or pharmacy operations.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA or compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Experience in an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
