Location: Onsite in Columbus, OH (Training is remote for the first month only).

Salary: $40–$45/hour.

What you will do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to manage efficient and compliant staffing workflows.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and process reimbursement requests.
• Oversee the hiring process, including application management, new hire paperwork, and I-9 verification.
• Audit recruitment data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct new hire orientations for designated locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Six years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of the full-cycle recruiting process.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
