Microsoft Dynamics Developer – Full Stack (CRM and Azure)

Location: Remote, United States. Full US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per annum.

A nonprofit organization supporting a large network of religious communities across North America is undertaking a multi-year digital transformation from legacy CRM systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain synchronous and asynchronous C# Dataverse plugins for complex business logic and Federation-specific customizations.
• Build and support Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement capabilities for gift processing, pledge management, constituent relationship management, and campaign workflows.
• Develop Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and integration services connecting Dynamics 365 with third-party systems.
• Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, solution deployment, and application lifecycle management across multiple environments.
• Contribute to Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory pipelines for data migration and analytics.
• Develop Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio agents while supporting internal teams and implementation partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience.
• Strong C# Dataverse plugin development experience, including synchronous and asynchronous plugins.
• Deep knowledge of the Dataverse SDK, solution management, and ALM practices.
• 3+ years of Azure development experience with Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, integrations, webhooks, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and FetchXML.
• Full US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with nonprofit fundraising platforms, especially Dynamics 365 Fundraising & Engagement.
• Experience supporting large-scale CRM migrations in multi-site or federated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI developer tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MB-400, MB-210/MB-910, AZ-204, PL-400, or MB-600.
