Senior Dynamics 365 Application Developer (Power Platform)

What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Dynamics 365 applications and enterprise web components.
• Build Power Platform applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, and Power FX.
• Develop Azure-based integrations and cloud solutions with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, business users, digital agents, IT partners, and technical leads to define requirements and solution specifications.
• Document application interfaces, architecture, requirements, quality criteria, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish development standards and contribute to strategic solution architecture across enterprise application teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications or experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of IT development experience and at least 1 year of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure development, Dataverse, data modeling, and enterprise application integration.
• Experience with Agile or waterfall SDLC, with Agile Scrum preferred, plus code reviews, coding standards, continuous integration, and pair programming.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and independent delivery skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work items and deliver solutions against defined timelines and acceptance criteria.

Nice to have

• Insurance industry knowledge or LOMA coursework or certifications.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with data migration, data integration, incident management, or other Microsoft technologies and serverless platforms.
