What you will do

• Execute daily SMS outreach to warm leads using Metabase, Customer.io, Front, and Zapier workflows.
• Write and send 2-3 marketing emails per month to drive patient engagement.
• Manage inbound replies and respond to patients, escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
• Track key performance metrics such as responses, conversions, and opt-out rates.
• Maintain strict data hygiene and collaborate with Growth, Ops, and Marketing teams to improve lifecycle flows.
• Conduct iterative testing of copy, follow-up strategies, and outreach cadence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle operations, growth ops, CRM, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Front, Google Sheets/Excel, Zapier, and Customer.io or other no-code automation tools.
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to own and manage operational processes end-to-end.
• Capacity to strategize and communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from doctors to leads.
