What you will do

• Solve complex technical problems and identify future risks across various platforms and services.
• Manage systems data and ensure security compliance for large-scale global clients.
• Prioritize and resolve technical tickets in collaboration with technicians.
• Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities for clients.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Middleware administration.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting business-critical production systems.
• Availability for out-of-hours support and participation in on-call rotations.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Expertise in IBM WebSphere, JBoss/Red Hat EAP, Tomcat, IBM MQ, and NGINX.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificate management and load balancing.
• Automation skills using Ansible, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Cloudera.
