What you will do

• Plan, direct, and manage field service activities to optimize labor and meet customer schedules.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple service jobs, ensuring alignment with scope and project expectations.
• Schedule, dispatch, and monitor field service technicians while balancing customer demand.
• Partner with Project Managers to execute large-scale service projects and track progress.
• Mentor, coach, and develop technical teams while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Drive productivity improvements through process optimization and standard work documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required (no dual citizenship) due to NOFORN data access requirements.
• Associate degree in Diesel Engine Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six years of industry or military experience working on medium-speed diesel engines.
• Proven experience in project management and team supervision.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like Oracle or Salesforce.
