What you will do

• Own and execute the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for strategic software solutions.
• Lead customer discovery efforts, including interviews, field research, and usability testing to validate problems.
• Translate customer insights into prioritized requirements that balance business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Define and track success metrics to optimize adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver scalable solutions through iterative Agile development.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience leading SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software products.
• Demonstrated success leading customer discovery and translating insights into product strategy.
• Experience bringing software products from concept through MVP, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Strong experience partnering with software engineering and UX teams using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

• Experience in K–12 education, EdTech, or enterprise software.
• Experience with interoperability, data platforms, APIs, or system integrations.
• Experience with AI-enabled software products or data-driven applications.
• Advanced degree or product management certification.
