What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic bridge between R&D and Global Technology Solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise infrastructure and security standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end engineering, deployment, and lifecycle management of high-performance computing clusters and containerized environments.
• Architect secure, scalable AI frameworks including RAG pipelines, agentic AI workflows, and multi-modal integration patterns.
• Implement modern observability frameworks and real-time telemetry to ensure system reliability and performance across the research ecosystem.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of systems engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Ensure all systems adhere to pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GxP and 21CFR Part 11 compliance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in data, digital, and IT with direct oversight in Systems Engineering within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device industries.
• 7+ years of proven leadership experience at a senior level managing multi-skilled teams.
• Strong expertise in ML, AI, and GenAI methods from a systems engineering perspective.
• Deep knowledge of software lifecycle methodologies, GxP computer systems validation (CSV), and ICH guidelines.
• Proven ability to navigate complex global enterprise environments and negotiate technical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
