Location: Must be based in the US (100% remote).

Compensation: $200,000–$240,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and evolve hirify.global’s influencer and ambassador motions to maximize sustainable business results.
• Scale and innovate whitelisted influencer strategies across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Marcomms teams to build full-funnel messaging and product launches.
• Nurture existing KOL relationships while identifying and unlocking new high-impact partnerships.
• Develop and execute performance-driven tests to drive business learnings and growth.
• Manage, build, and mentor an exceptional partnerships team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 12+ years of experience managing large-scale omni-channel influencer, affiliate, and partnership programs.
• Expertise in influencer, affiliate, and UGC content across multiple social channels.
• Strong analytical skills to unlock performance insights across channel, creative, and attribution.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop world-class talent.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with executives, peers, and external partners.
