Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Universal City, CA (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $160,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

• Define a long-term analytics product strategy for Theatrical, Home Entertainment, and Global TV Distribution.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to enhance business workflows and operational efficiency.
• Establish a unified view of sales and financial performance across all distribution channels and territories.
• Align data models and KPIs across distribution lines to ensure consistent performance measurement.
• Partner with Enterprise Product and Engineering teams to manage the ingestion of internal and external data.
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed analytics product team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics or analytics product leadership, with 5+ years in management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and experience identifying high-value use cases.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Data Cloud for commercial analytics.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid schedule in Universal City, CA (minimum 4 days per week in office).
