What you will do

• Coordinate, plan, and set up internal R&D testing, customer demonstrations, exercises, and deliveries.
• Support installation, configuration, integration, and fielding of company systems.
• Work with logistics, engineering, and program teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Lead basic system troubleshooting and support engineering teams diagnosing hardware, software, networking, and integration issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues with detailed reproduction steps and operational context.
• Travel CONUS/OCONUS for product testing, demonstrations, and customer delivery (50%); when not deployed, work full-time onsite at Headquarters in Soho, London or at the training facility once established in Spring 2027.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting military, government, or enterprise technology systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments; solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with tactical communications, networking, sensors, UAS, C2 systems, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous field environments and organize overseas engagements while mitigating risk to mission and personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active UK security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Military Science, or related field.
• Experience as FSR, FAE, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Operations Engineer with a hardware component.
• Knowledge of radar, RF, sensor, weapons systems, defense technology, and communications.
• Military background or extensive experience working with militaries.
