What you will do
- Own end-to-end testing and support for specific product areas.
- Design and maintain testing plans, regression suites, and QA checklists.
- Define go/no-go criteria for releases in collaboration with PMs and engineers.
- Manage tier-one and triage workflows, routing high-impact issues to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key support metrics to improve product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital or clinic) required.
- Ability to prioritize testing and support work based on risk and impact.
- Strong structured communication skills for presenting patterns and insights.
- Experience with regression and feature testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with tier-one support workflows and SLAs.
