What you will do

• Own end-to-end testing and support for specific product areas.
• Design and maintain testing plans, regression suites, and QA checklists.
• Define go/no-go criteria for releases in collaboration with PMs and engineers.
• Manage tier-one and triage workflows, routing high-impact issues to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key support metrics to improve product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital or clinic) required.
• Ability to prioritize testing and support work based on risk and impact.
• Strong structured communication skills for presenting patterns and insights.
• Experience with regression and feature testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with tier-one support workflows and SLAs.
