What you will do

• Drive user acquisition for the cards and collectibles category in Australia through targeted campaigns and events.
• Build and manage a roster of influencers and creators as a core performance channel to drive first-time buyers.
• Develop high-performing content in partnership with the creative team for paid advertising.
• Lead the planning and execution of digital and in-person events to build community buzz and awareness.
• Measure marketing effectiveness using data to refine strategies and adapt global playbooks for the Australian market.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia
• 5–10 years of experience in consumer or category marketing within high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing as a performance channel.
• Experience in planning and executing digital and in-person events.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to own end-to-end campaigns and optimize based on KPIs.
• Passion for creator communities and collectibles categories.
