AI Architect (Pharma): Designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions for the life sciences industry with an accent on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures. Focus on translating complex business requirements into data-driven outcomes using Snowflake and advanced machine learning frameworks.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid: 4 days onsite per week)

Salary: $80–$85 per hour

What you will do

• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems in the life sciences sector.
• Develop Generative AI applications including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical data-driven outcomes.
• Manage the full AI application lifecycle, from feature engineering and model development to deployment and monitoring.
• Work with both structured and unstructured data to drive innovation in a fast-evolving landscape.

Requirements

• Must have experience in the Pharma or Life Sciences industry.
• Must be able to work onsite in Plainsboro, NJ, at least 4 days per week.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, data analysis, and model deployment.
• Solid understanding of GenAI concepts, including prompt engineering and AI frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Snowflake data platform and Cortex services.
• Familiarity with MLOps and AI application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with data warehousing and API integrations.
