What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 3 FTE finance professionals, including performance, growth, and adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
• Ensure accurate and timely internal and external reporting in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.
• Execute, assess, and strengthen the internal control framework and SOx controls for relevant processes.
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovation while maintaining governance, risk awareness, and compliance.
• Own end-to-end process understanding and deliver high-quality reporting, analysis, and business commentary.
• Support external audits by ensuring a smooth and well-prepared audit process.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting, plus Chartered Accountant or Controller qualification (CPA/RA/RC).
• 8–12 years of finance/accounting experience, ideally in a financial control setting.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Understanding of internal controls and SOx compliance.
• International working experience.
