What you will do
- Define and lead the integrated digital strategy across Prescription and Pharmacy business units.
- Drive omnichannel engagement models targeting HCPs and pharmacies to maximize digital touchpoint impact.
- Oversee the digital ecosystem, including websites, CRM platforms, and e-commerce channels like Amazon and PromoFarma.
- Implement AI-based solutions and advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency and customer segmentation.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing digital team while fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in digital marketing, business administration, or a scientific discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in digital strategy, omnichannel marketing, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience in the healthcare, pharma, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of AI applications in marketing and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation and cross-functional projects.
- Business English proficiency required.
