What you will do
- Develop and execute long-term PPC strategies aligned with global business growth objectives.
- Manage and optimize high-budget SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify strategic patterns, mitigate risks, and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Country Managers and Product Managers to steer spend and revenue towards KPIs.
- Mentor junior team members and establish best-in-class execution standards.
- Lead quarterly strategic initiatives within an agile, self-organizing environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEM/PPC managing high monthly budgets.
- Degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics).
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Bing, including advanced bid strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data querying languages like SQL.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Proven ability in complex data storytelling and executive-level communication.

- Google Ads certification.
- Experience leveraging AI for strategic campaign optimization and reporting.
- Experience working in the travel sector.
- Additional European-based language proficiency.
