What you will do

• Define and maintain target account lists aligned with Sales, segmenting by tier, funnel stage, and buying signals.
• Develop industry-specific narratives and value propositions for outreach across emails, LinkedIn, and events.
• Design and orchestrate coordinated multi-channel cadences with precise sequencing logic based on account behavior.
• Collaborate with Sales and BDRs on account prioritization and late-stage acceleration plays.
• Track and report on engagement metrics, including intent signals, pipeline influence, and velocity.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience running ABM in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to own a strategy end-to-end from account selection to pipeline acceleration.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Spain.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and sharp written communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content and campaign production.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Familiarity with fintech, treasury, or corporate finance audiences.
