What you will do

• Lead safe and efficient manufacturing operations for agricultural herbicide products.
• Manage packaging and production line changeovers, including setup and validation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Serve as the site lead for preventive maintenance management within SAP.
• Train and mentor production operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, throughput, and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Calgary, Canada
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) for work order and schedule management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Must be able to effectively read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical activity, including lifting up to 23 kg and wearing a respirator (must be clean-shaven).
