What you will do

• Manage full sales responsibility for instruments and accessories within the defined territory.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations to showcase business value and product differentiation.
• Train customers to ensure they realize maximum benefit from hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with inside sales to drive growth in consumable product sales.
• Maintain current accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasts, lead qualification, and CRM documentation via Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Francisco area.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software like Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation communication skills.
• Ability to travel 3-5 days per week in the field for customer interfacing.
