What you will do

  • Design and execute multi-year account growth plans to expand platform usage across departments and specialties.
  • Manage executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, medical directors, and procurement teams.
  • Translate pilot results into business cases to secure buy-in for system-wide rollouts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding, training, and integration with EHR systems.
  • Maintain a detailed expansion pipeline, tracking metrics, financial performance, and risk mitigation.
  • Deliver regular business reviews to internal leadership and external stakeholders to articulate value delivered.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and expanding complex enterprise accounts in a sales or account management capacity.
  • Deep understanding of US medical systems, health system organizational structures, and procurement processes.
  • Strong strategic account planning and stakeholder-mapping skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, executive communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales software such as Salesforce and Gong.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
