What you will do

• Execute field testing activities for autonomous delivery robots following established plans and operational guidelines.
• Deploy, monitor, and recover robots in real-world environments to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform commercial deliveries and represent the company professionally when interacting with the public.
• Identify, document, and reproduce software and hardware issues to support engineering investigations.
• Perform routine maintenance, including charging, cleaning, and basic inspections of the robot fleet.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to support pilot programs and demonstrations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Engineering, Robotics, or Computer Science preferred.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking or biking several miles during a shift.
• Ability to lift and move equipment consistent with the physical demands of the role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow test procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting field testing for robotics or autonomous vehicles.
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Jira.
• Basic experience with scripting languages like Python or C++.
• Experience using data visualization or monitoring tools such as Grafana or Looker.
