D365 Technical Lead (Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Lead technical design and development for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs with architects and business analysts.
• Develop hands-on solutions using C#, Vue.js, PowerApps, and LogicApps.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure Cloud services and apply security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing solutions for performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers, lead technical discussions, and enforce coding standards.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Dynamics 365 development with strong solution design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Vue.js, C#, Power Platform, PowerApps, and LogicApps.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud integrations.
• Strong understanding of solution design principles, security, performance, and development best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and advanced Power Platform capabilities.
