ERP Implementation Manager, Spend Platforms (SAP)

Location: Hybrid, based within commuting distance of the Boston or Chicago hubs; in-person work three days per week is required.

Salary: $115,000 base salary, plus $25,000 on-target variable earnings and stock options.

What you will do

• Lead complex onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers, specializing in SAP Spend and Invoice.
• Manage implementations across SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and other ERP platforms.
• Design custom workflows, per diem configurations, compliance frameworks, and platform setups.
• Support ERP integrations through marketplace integrations, ERP Connectors, and custom OpenAPI integrations.
• Coordinate Finance, IT, Procurement, Travel, internal implementation teams, customer IT teams, and external consultants.
• Drive change management and adoption, mentor implementation team members, and improve global implementation methodology.

Requirements

• 6+ years of SaaS, ERP consulting, or finance experience.
• Proven SAP Spend and Invoice implementation experience or extensive experience with complex ERP integrations.
• Deep financial and compliance expertise, including the ability to engage CFO-level stakeholders.
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP or CRM transformation projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, solution design, and change management skills.
• Ability to work from within commuting distance of the Boston or Chicago hubs and in person three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics F&O, ERP Connectors, or OpenAPI integrations.
• Experience mentoring implementation professionals and shaping implementation methodology.
