What you will do

• Partner with strategic customers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-powered observability solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend services, integrations, and full-stack experiences using Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Implement REST API, webhook, and SDK-based integrations to enrich operational data for Edwin AI.
• Instrument and troubleshoot telemetry pipelines, including OpenTelemetry, across diverse customer environments.
• Convert field learnings into reusable templates, playbooks, and product feedback for core engineering teams.
• Support go-live and hypercare phases to ensure solution durability and measurable customer impact.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
• 4-7 years of experience in backend or data systems engineering.
• Strong programming background in Java and Python, including microservice design.
• Demonstrated ability to ship production-quality code in Java or Python plus JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Working knowledge of observability fundamentals and telemetry pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira workflows.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Rundeck.
• Exposure to MCP or similar integration patterns.
