Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada
Compensation: $135,000 – $250,000 USD (US) / $195,000 – $280,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle management of the NetSuite ERP environment, including architecture, configuration, and integration development.
- Drive end-to-end process excellence across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities, specifically deploying AI agents to replace manual financial processes.
- Establish robust operational controls, data governance frameworks, and SLAs to ensure audit readiness and SOX compliance.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation to champion best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP administration and configuration across multiple financial modules.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows including AP, AR, GL, month-end close, and consolidation.
- Experience with AI/LLM technologies and successful implementation of automation solutions in finance.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities and experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
