What you will do

• Plan and manage all aspects of hirify.global Cloud ERP implementations for partners and end-users.
• Provide consultation and best practice recommendations to optimize existing business processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis on system performance and stability issues to prevent future occurrences.
• Perform implementation discovery, project analysis, scope of work creation, and complex Fit-Gap analysis.
• Develop and deliver product presentations and user training for partners and field events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve challenging application issues and document requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Reston, VA, USA.
• 5+ years of ERP software implementation experience specifically in the construction industry.
• Basic accounting knowledge, including T-accounts, ledgers, debits, and credits.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design concepts.
• Strong professional communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution, field services, supply chain, financials, and/or Inventory ERP implementation.
• Proficiency in ERP system financial and ad-hoc report writing.
