What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain procurement systems and a best-in-class suite of Source to Pay products.
• Drive procurement systems improvements and successful implementations through cross-functional partnerships.
• Identify system design issues and develop creative solutions and alternatives to optimize functionality.
• Manage data and system migrations to ensure efficient processes designed for scale.
• Assess end-user training needs, develop materials, and deliver effective training programs.
• Communicate status updates and risk assessments to the management team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement Systems Management, Source to Pay Process Design, or system implementation.
• Experience implementing, administering, and integrating SaaS software.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and implement ideas in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the design and deployment of new systems and processes at scale.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States
