What you will do

• Lead the Finance Income team in the accurate accounting and reporting of revenue across multiple business entities.
• Maintain and enhance controls for management fees, performance fees, commissions, and rebates.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and AI adoption to increase efficiency.
• Produce insightful management information and analyze income trends to support business decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Manage relationships with internal and external parties, including audit support and billing issue resolution.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience with a strong background in finance operations or financial control.
• Proven experience leading revenue reporting, billing, or income management in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of month-end processes, accruals, journals, and audit requirements.
• Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for interpreting financial information.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in leveraging technology and automation to enhance finance processes.
