What you will do

• Manage the full end-to-end procurement cycle, including requirements gathering, supplier appraisal, and contract negotiation.
• Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business needs.
• Implement and optimize procurement processes such as purchase requisitions and invoice reconciliation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders regarding SaaS procurement and software toolset consolidation.
• Support the transformation of procurement from an IT-focused function to a company-wide strategic department.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in an IT/SaaS procurement role or similar buyer position.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
