What you will do

• Generate a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
• Communicate the value proposition to key decision-makers at small to medium staffing firms.
• Act as a technology consultant to diagnose client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including qualifying prospects, scheduling demonstrations, and scoping implementations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress within the CRM.
• Analyze won and lost opportunities to contribute to product and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Circa 6 months of experience in the recruitment industry or selling into the recruitment sector.
• Proven track record of problem-solving and interpersonal skills to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently across inbound and outbound leads.
• Innovative and creative approach to prospecting and client interactions.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
