Project Manager (AI/ERP)

Location: Remote from Germany or Austria, or onsite in Zurich. Comprehensive onboarding takes place at the Zurich headquarters, with remote team members encouraged to visit Zurich at least once a month; visits are financially supported.

What you will do

• Own customer implementation journeys end to end, from requirements discovery through delivery, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable solutions tailored to customer workflows and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to solve technical challenges and integrate the platform with existing systems.
• Act as a trusted customer partner, identify opportunities, and drive adoption of ERP automation.
• Work with sales on implementation plans and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical actions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English, including confident communication with and presentations to native-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes.
