Technical Consultant (Atlassian)

TL;DR

Technical Consultant (Atlassian): Assisting customers in optimizing their use of the Atlassian product suite through system integration, process automation, and expert solution design. Focus on delivering hands-on technical implementations, migrations, and performance tuning while providing pre-sales support and strategic guidance to stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in Germany. The role involves remote work with occasional travel to client sites for on-site delivery.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze client requirements to present tailored Atlassian solutions.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations for Atlassian applications.
• Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and configurations.
• Provide pre-sales support, including project scoping and proposal development.
• Manage Linux/Windows system administration and database operations.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with other applications using REST APIs.

Requirements

• German proficiency is a must.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills.
• Proven experience in technical consulting with Atlassian toolsets.
• Scripting experience using Groovy or Python.
• Experience with Linux system administration, Bash scripting, and database operations.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

Nice to have

• Experience with web integration using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of AI or Atlassian Rovo.
• Experience with GitLab, monday.com, or ServiceNow.
• Experience in developing Atlassian Apps.
