Salary: €104,000 – €143,000 EUR

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer business outcomes and technical requirements.
• Partner with the sales team to manage technical sales progression from discovery to technical win.
• Build and deliver custom product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Provide hands-on support for customer-led Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Educate customers on cloud security technology, including AI-driven customer experience integrations.
• Maintain deep technical expertise in the Auth0 product line and underlying identity protocols.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• Experience in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role.
• Strong development background with proficiency in at least one backend stack (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) and a popular frontend stack.
• Experience with at least one standard identity protocol (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-on (SSO).
• Understanding of Agentic AI and identity enforcement in AI systems.
• Experience in mobile (iOS, Android) development.
• Proficiency with HTTP, HTML, and browser dev tools.
