What you will do

• Oversee daily global billing operations, including invoice generation and system integration reviews.
• Manage billing for ACH and Wire customers, ensuring compliance with Israeli and U.S. payment regulations.
• Enforce collection policies, monitor payment activity, and conduct proactive follow-ups to resolve overdue balances.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, and Legal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using tools like Tesorio to increase scalability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of billing activities and create management reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in billing and collections, preferably within a global SaaS or technology company.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (ERP) and HubSpot (CRM).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with AR automation tools such as Stripe Billing or similar platforms.
• Experience with sales-related tools like Avalara.
• Familiarity with forecasting, collection automation, and continuous improvement programs.
• Understanding of various revenue models, including per-usage and success-based models.
