What you will do

• Own cloud cost reporting, tracking trends and KPIs for leadership reporting.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive efficiency and budget accountability.
• Investigate cost anomalies and identify root causes in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor and analyze AI/GenAI infrastructure costs using FinOps principles.
• Identify savings opportunities through rightsizing, commitment strategies, and waste elimination.
• Maintain and improve FinOps tooling and data validation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FinOps or cloud cost analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cost and usage data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Deep understanding of cloud pricing models and commitment strategies.
• Experience with cost allocation, tagging, and chargeback models.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical data to business insights.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in SaaS or ad-tech at scale.
• Experience with AI tools for automated FinOps processes.
• FinOps Foundation Certified Practitioner (FOCP) certification.
• Familiarity with anomaly detection and forecasting methods.
