What you will do
- Manage global accounts payable, including processing, payments, and reconciliations for multiple group companies.
- Handle foreign vendors tax deduction and process invoices within a multi-currency ERP system.
- Execute intercompany reconciliations and facilitate money transfers.
- Manage monthly accruals and prepaid expenses.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage fixed assets depreciation entries and reports.
Requirements
- Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 3).
- 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience within a high-tech company.
- English: Advanced level (C1) required for both spoken and written communication.
- Experience with NetSuite is a must.
- Practical experience with AI tools.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
