What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality standards and validate them against real-world data.
• Run end-to-end proof-of-concepts, including connecting new data sources, ingestion, normalization, and entity correlation.
• Analyze and profile new datasets to measure coverage and accuracy, identifying critical gaps for the product.
• Integrate identity, endpoint, and security data sources into reliable, consistent data models.
• Build and maintain the transformation layer using dbt to create clean, normalized, and well-tested entities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused engineering role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in relational data modeling and external API integration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate dataset insights into scalable production solutions.
• Experience working with AI agent systems and evaluating their outputs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Background in cybersecurity, specifically security operations, identity, endpoint, or alert data.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow or Dagster.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dbt models and tests in production.
• Experience with graph databases like Neo4j.
