What you will do

• Design and construct high-performance, production-grade backend systems and applicative services.
• Own the full end-to-end lifecycle of backend features, from architectural design and testing to shipping and monitoring.
• Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and R&D teams to translate product needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish architectural best practices and mentor team members through rigorous code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and operating large-scale production cloud systems.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including software design principles, concurrency, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native, event-driven architectures and modern databases (SQL, NoSQL, or vector DBs).
• Deep proficiency in Python or equivalent backend languages.
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM orchestration, or modern AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React and TypeScript.
