What you will do

• Develop end-to-end services and processes from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Improve system quality and identify weaknesses in existing services.
• Participate in brainstorming and early-stage architectural design.
• Integrate and implement AI flows and solutions into team workflows.
• Mentor team members and collaborate across R&D, Finance, and Product departments.
• Continuously research and adopt new technologies to optimize technical choices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Go, or Python.
• Practical experience with resilient microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL databases and public cloud environments like AWS.
• Familiarity with Docker, CLI, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• 1+ year of experience with AI concepts and integrating AI workflows into backend systems.
