What you will do

• Own Workato as the core MIS platform, driving architecture, standards, and continuous improvement.
• Design, build, and maintain complex integrations across enterprise systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Partner with MIS teams to design cross-company integrations and improve existing recipes.
• Build monitoring, logging, testing, and version control mechanisms for reliable operations.
• Integrate internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and modern authentication flows.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in automation or integration engineering.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Experience designing integrations with business systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Coding experience with JavaScript or Python for custom logic and data transformation.
• Strong familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workato in a heavy-use, democratized environment.
• Experience implementing CI/CD, environment promotion, and release governance for iPaaS.
• Experience working with AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
