What you will do

• Research and develop differentiated ELT concepts for print and digital formats.
• Oversee the commissioning and briefing of authors, contributors, and external packagers.
• Manage project lifecycles, including scheduling, resourcing, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to align products with customer value propositions.
• Mentor and develop a team of Commissioning Editors.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new publishing opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in ELT/EFL product development at a project leadership level.
• Deep knowledge of ELT markets, specifically Pre-Primary & Primary segments in Spain.
• Excellent written English proficiency.
• Experience managing cross-functional or freelance teams.
• Understanding of publishing technologies and content management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
