What you will do

• Lead narrative development for global publishing, overseeing fiction, non-fiction, and comic/graphic novel content.
• Direct audio-first storytelling, including podcast scripting, audio dramas, and audiobook adaptations.
• Integrate brand narratives into physical consumer products such as toys and apparel.
• Maintain and evolve Character Bibles to ensure unified voice and lore accuracy across the IP ecosystem.
• Collaborate with gaming teams on world-building, dialogue trees, and in-game text.
• Review and approve narrative copy from external global partners to protect brand integrity.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing or editing for top-tier global licensed entertainment franchises.
• Extensive experience in structural editing and copyediting for books, comics, and scripts.
• Specific experience developing stories for children aged 0-7.
• Ability to create and adapt content for the US and UK markets.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Must be based in London and work from the office.
