What you will do

• Support creative leadership from initial brief through to final delivery of social projects
• Develop concepts for reactive, campaign, and always-on social content
• Write and refine treatments, scripts, decks, and pitches with clear creative logic
• Collaborate daily with Producers, Directors, Editors, and VFX artists to execute ideas
• Contribute to brand world-building, including visual language and tone of voice
• Assist with on-set production and post-production, eventually moving into directing shoots

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a creative agency, production studio, or social team
• Proven experience making social-first content, including concepting, filming, and editing
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, scripts, and decks
• Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere or DaVinci for rough cuts
• Strong writing skills for scripts and creative rationale
• Must be based in London

Nice to have

• Experience with VFX-led work or post-heavy production pipelines
• Knowledge of paid social considerations (retention, thumb-stopping content)
• Familiarity with Keynote, Frame.io, and creative AI tools
