Salary: $235,000–$414,000 (based on pay zone)

What you will do

• Build the end-to-end global retail strategy, integrating physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to develop an omnichannel retail model including stores, pop-ups, and e-commerce.
• Define the long-term expansion roadmap, including market prioritization and flagship store strategy.
• Own and build dashboards to track retail KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Create iconic in-store experiences featuring hands-on demos, education, and creative exploration.
• Build and lead a global retail organization, developing high-performing, inclusive teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work onsite 4+ days per week.
• 10+ years in retail leadership within consumer hardware and emerging technologies.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team.
• Proven experience building or scaling omnichannel retail for an innovative brand.
• Expertise in turning stores into immersive, high-touch education and storytelling environments.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
